The ServSafe food safety and sanitation class is held at the SpringHill Suites Meeting Room in Winston Salem, NC(1015 Marriott Crossing Way-near Hanes Mall). The SpringHill Suites does have a breakfast buffet for its overnight guests but charges all others a small fee. If you would like to enjoy the breakfast buffet, please see the front desk about payment. Coffee and water will be available throughout the day.
