I am a counsellor educator and consultant. I present workshops to many different groups of people parents teachers social workers counsellors managers etc. I teach choice theory or counselling with choice theory. Choice theory is the underpinning theory of reality therapy. I also train others to become counsellors and I train others to become lead managers no matter what they are managing a home a classroom a school a club or any type of workplace. I have been a keynote speaker on many different occasions and what I presented has always been very well received.
