I had many years experience working as a senior manager in local government and have now built a second career as a training consultant with a strong specialism in education and training for staff at work (PQT, CPD, CPE, work based learning). I am currently studying for a PGCE (post compulsory) Graduate Diploma to consolidate my skills and knowledge.
