Avid ACSR - Macintosh and Windows System Support Re-certification
This three-day course focuses on the new technologies, software, and hardware that a current Avid Certified Support Representative (ACSRs) may not be familiar with. Youa ™ll learn about new and updated topics relating to Avid Windows and Macintosh based systems.
On the final day of the course an exam is given and, if passed, the ACSR is re-certified for another year.
