Denver, CO - OSHA 10 Hour Construction Outreach The 10 Hour training safety course was designed by OSHA as a health and safety orientation for the new employee or general laborer on a construction site. The 10 hour teaches participants hazard recognition and safe work practices in accordance with OSHA Construction Standards, 29 CFR 1926.
