General Health and Wellness Exercise Classes
The wellness exercise method that we teach, involves balancing the needs of the students. Our classes begin by the performing Standing Post exercises (Zhan Zhuang or pronounced 'Jam Joong') to encourage 'whole body circulation' or blood flow.
