Body Therapies Yoga Training ...umaris. Heather is certified as a Kundalini Yoga Teacher, Hatha Yoga Teacher and Polarity Therapist.
Format for the teacher training program:
A. 1 weekend a month for 10 months (starts May 1, 2010)
OR,
B. Two 2-week intensive trainings Mon-Fri 8am 6 pm (3- 6 students)
