"Use it or Lose it" Mental Exercises for Senior Citizens

Paper and pencil exercises that challenge and stretch the mind. Mental exercise has been shown to significantly reduce the risk of Alzheimer's. I provide a 7-level series of exercises that accomplishes that objective. Each level consists of 12 one-hour weekly sessions. A person taking a new level each year will never see the same exercise twice in seven years.
