LaMarsh Managed Change Application Workshop

We all face professional growth and development challenges every day. Translating change management theory and concepts into practical actions steps - right, the first time - requires discipline and practice. As a follow-up to either the facilitated or electronic Managed ChangeTM learning programs, the Managed ChangeTM application Workshop, is a practical next step in developing change management competency by providing the participants with expert counsel and feedback on their progress and use of the Managed ChangeTM Model. Using the participants own experience with the Managed ChangeTM Model, the Managed ChangeTM Application Workshop examines their change strategy - where it currently stands -and where it needs to go in order to succeed. The participants will leave this workshop with action items and practice opportunities to enhance their ability to apply the Managed ChangeTM strategy, model, tools and techniques on current or future changes.
