2. Identify our own and our employees preconceptions.
3. Understand how stereotypes are formed ... and can be broken down.
4. Appreciate the perspectives of others (of different nationalities, race, gender, age, etc.).
5. Discover how to prevent and resolve interpersonal conflicts.
6. Learn how to manage a diverse workforce and set of customers.
