The Americans with Disabilities Act has the most far-reaching impact on the workplace since the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Yet many Americans are uncertain about: their rights and responsibilities under the law such key concepts as disability , qualified person with a disability and reasonable accommodation and how to interact effectively with coworkers with disabilities. This workshop is designed to address such uncertainty and to enable employees to comply fully with the law and participate in a productive and harmonious workforce affording equal opportunity to all.
Engaging presenters/facilitators incorporate lively discussion, dynamic presentations, powerful visual aids, and an information-packed participant manual.
