Our SALES TRAINING
focuses on the organization of thought in preparation to speak.
Additionally, we work on understanding and controlling speech, thought
and the body under the pressure of a sales situation. We also examine
the psychological factors affecting the salesperson that can promote
or limit the sale. We work on organizing the salesperson for client
contact, for handling client objections and for successfully closing
the sale.
The training is tailored to the environment in which the salespeople operate (one-on-one, groups, telephone). It is tailored, as well, to the products and services they sell. Participants are videotaped throughout the program and reviewed immediately. The length of the program depends on the particular assignment.
