Transformational Thinking Program
A Transformational Thinking program works by broadening people s perceptions so that they are better suited to optimize their environment. We train people in skills that help them to make better decisions, plan their lives & achieve better results from those plans.
Within business this is truly transformational.
Many people blame those around them for their lot in life-these are Victims of Circumstance.In Transformational Thinking we teach people that we can all be Champions of Change if we recognize that it is the choices that we make that determine the direction of our life. Having recognized this, we teach the skills that show them how to make better decisions more often, thereby improving their reality.
When you realize that your best thinking got you where you are today, you have little choice but to choose more carefully!
It is an inside-out process of change-starting with a personal inventory, of defining who we are and what where we want to go. This then extends outwards from the individual, to the team, to the department, to the organization as a whole.
Purpose alignments are formed so that we have everyone within the organization contributing to the future direction & success of the company the very people who are running the systems are involved in designing them; hidden potential & creativity are unlocked; people begin communicating; mutual trust & respect becomes part of the company s fabric & conflicts are avoided or solved more easily; solutions to problems are quicker & more creative; harmful departmental barriers are broken down; this is the transformation that takes place.
There is no off-the-shelf template for a Transformational Thinking program. Certain elements are common to all training(as shown above)but each is designed after an in-depth assessment and interview process to address the organization s unique areas of concern.
