This training program is a highly interactive and engaging workshop. It covers how to have fewer meetings and get better results. The program itself is treated like a meeting, after all it is a type of meeting.
Participants will learn and use lots of easy-to-use meeting management tools are learned:
Create a more collaborative focus in meetings
Declare independence from the drain and drudgery of meetings
Get more ideas and better decisions in less time
Reduce the need for more meetings
Ensure meetings actually result in agreement and action
Get meetings to start and end well, and
Make meetings more collaborative

Each workshop participant will receive an innovative workbook for easy-to-use reference... it is a customized, laminated deck of cards attached by a key-ring. The cards provide detailed descriptions of the meeting concepts and tools/techniques. The decks allow participants to get the most out of the workshop. It helps them continue to apply the tools at actual meetings.
This deck of 32 cards, which can be customized for your organization, provides basic information and tools for making meetings more productive. It is organized into 3 suits:
Concepts: All of the basic concepts for running effective meetings. It includes: keys to effective meetings, the meeting process, room-set-up, meeting roles, dealing with difficult situations, problem solving process, facilitating, 14 keys to collaborative team and more.
