The Storage Network Certification Program (SNCP) was developed by the Storage Network Industry Association (SNIA). Arthur McNeil provides the training, certification and testing in New York and New Jersey for SAN Training & Certification.
The Storage Networking Industry Association (SNIA) has introduced the industry's first vendor-independent certification program for storage area networking, the SNIA Storage Networking Certification Program (SNCP). The program was developed in response to demand from enterprise customers who were looking to provide a standard for measuring the storage networking expertise of an IT professional.
The SNIA SNCP Certification will provide employers a benchmark against which to measure employees' skills. SNCP will provide a level of assurance that employees have the requisite skills and abilities to support the deployment of storage area networks (SAN's).
