Training Provided by The Grove Consultants InternationalThe Strategic Visioning workshop presents The Grove Consultant International's Strategic Visioning (tm) Process, which integrates best practices from strategic planning, large-scale change and graphic facilitation methodology. Trainers demonstrate key steps in the process using The Grove's Graphic Guices (r) (wall-sized templates). Following each demonstration, participants work a simulated planning process in small breakout groups supported by coaching by consultants and feedback from peer participants.This workshop is recommended for consultants, organizational strategists and process managers who wish to learn a compelling approach to setting and aligning organizational direction.
