Training Provided by The Grove Consultants InternationalPrinciples of Graphic Facilitation combines the theory and practice of graphic facilitation with the fundamentals of graphic recording. The workshop includes small group activities designed to enhance participants existing facilitation skills with graphic facilitation while developing skills in public listening, recording ideas on large murals and using Graphic Guides (r) (wall-sized templates) to focus discussions.The workshop focuses on using and understanding process tools to enhance the art of leading groups and group process toward agreed-on objectives in ways that are participatory, productive and memorable. This workshop is targeted for consultants, managers, facilitators and trainers with experience in facilitation (either formal or informal) who wish to understand and develop competency in The Grove's graphic facilitation methods.
