This powerful two-day workshop for management teams covers the fundamental principles of human capital management and performance improvement. In the context of the manager s environment, we build a common framework for developing skills in communication, influence, behavioral, conflict and change management. This workshop also explains the use of the Performance Management Tools and explores how they should be applied in the organization.

At the completion of this workshop, the participant will be able to:
-Describe their personal communication style and how it impacts their ability to influence others.
-Identify five levels of leadership and characteristics associated with each level.
-Discuss various methods of building influence and credibility with employees and co-workers.
-Identify methods of behavioral analysis and discuss techniques of modifying antecedents and consequences that influence people practices.
-Describe their personal conflict management characteristics and desirable methods of resolving conflict.
-Identify the three stages of organizational conflict and describe five methods of managing conflict.
-Describe steps involved in developing an effective organizational change strategy and increase a more resilient workforce.
-Identify steps involved in becoming an effective organizational change agent.
