Full Description
CorelDRAW is the most widely used illustration package on the Windows operating platform. Its use ranges from sign making to desktop publishing to technical illustration. Knowledge of the program increases the employability of the student and enhances the career development of employees.


Outcomes:
Upon competition of the exercises, the students request a test from the instructor. They are to create a four-page document that demonstrates their understanding of the course material. That file is emailed to the instructor and graded. The student receives a passing evaluation if they correctly follow directions and produce the illustrations requested.


Assessment:
The student will be able to use effects available in the program; set up a page for a complex document; create objects and apply effect to those objects, and control the parameters of the effect appearance.
