- N asked: I need to learn how to create a powerful database for my company in order to track customer response, including customizable reports and using the database to send personalized responses to the customers. I need to track $-values, resolution type, area managers, employee info, etc., and I think that Access is the way to go. I have minimal experience with Access, but years of experience working with established databases, downloading raw data into Excel & using it for mail merges in Word. I figure that Access can do all this - where do I start with training? Core or Level ?
- E asked: please send me pricing schedules and availability.
