In addition, students will learn a variety of techniques designed to make data entry in Access databases faster, easier, and less error-prone. As the course becomes more advanced, students will gain a more complete understanding of how to effectively create and use the primary database objects in Access, as well as use Access as a development tool. The course also teaches strategies for protecting how data is entered into a database. Finally, various maintenance features are covered, teaching students ways to better manage multi-user databases. The material is presented through explanatory text, real-world scenarios, interactive steps, and questions to test and reinforce the material covered.

Assessment:
