Students will learn how to design presentations for the Web, use templates, design speaker notes and handouts, and apply animation and effects in this more advanced Microsoft PowerPoint 2000 course.
Students will be introduced to more advanced components of Microsoft PowerPoint 2000, such as using masters, templates, and animation features, and preparing presentations by working with speaker notes and developing audience handouts. Significant emphasis is placed on utilizing graphics in presentations; students will learn how to arrange clip art and apply animation and effects. In addition, students will learn how to design presentations for the Web.

Upon completion of this course, students will be able to: --Modify slide and title masters --Insert and modify graphics and WordArt in a presentation --Apply animation to text and graphics --Create speaker notes and handouts --Publish presentations for the Web
Assessment
Student performance is assessed by cumulative training time, number of lessons completed and, where tests are available, the percent correct. Many courses also have a pre- and post-test where the pre-test will automatically assign only the lessons needed to achieve course mastery.
