Week 1
Activities
We will spend most of our time in Microsoft Access. Students will construct the database used in the project.
Week 2
Activities
Students will create the pages needed to complete the project and create and test the database connection on the site. This is when each student will write his or her first SQL statement.
Week 3
Activities
Time to set up the interface that allows users to input ads into the system. This will also involve creating a login system to track users. This section will take 2 weeks to finish.
Week 4
Activities
Students will complete the seller’s interface and login process. At this point, users will be able to add, edit, and delete ads after logging in to the site.
Week 5
Activities
In this week students will begin to create how prospective buyers will search for and view ads. Three areas will be involved. A search page, a list page, and a page to display individual ads.
Week 6
Activities
In week six, students will complete the site and ad finishing touches. At this point they will beta test and debug any errors encountered.

The project will involve building a complete classified ads site involving secure logins, ad entry and management, as well as ad searches and display.
