This course is for those who will focus on gaining hands-on knowledge with one of the airlines computer reservations system used by travel agencies and airlines.

Outcomes:

This course is designed to show you how to build a basic PNR (Passenger Name Record. This will include Air, Hotel, and Car Rental bookings.

Assessment:

In order successfully complete the course, the student will be required to: 1. Complete assigned course work and homework with a passing grade 2. Complete all assigned quizzes with a passing grade 3. Complete the midterm, tests, and final with a passing grade and as scheduled Evaluation: 80% Quizzes, Midterm, and Final Exams 20% Homework Grading Standards: A.....90%--100% B.....80%--89% C.....70%--79% D.....60%--69% Below 60% UNACCEPTABLE
