Measurement and creating a "balanced scorecard" for the project.
Diagnostic tools for performance.
Managing the client relationship : adding value at low cost ; identifying new sales opportunities.
Problems that may arise and how best to solve them.
Consulting Team leadership skills
Characteristics of "championship" teams.
Situational leadership : using the appropriate style.
Team roles : selection of individuals and matching people with roles.
Motivation : theory, practice.
Teamwork : communication, group dynamics and building rapport.
Measurement and rewarding team performance.
Identifying opportunities provided by projects for continuing professional development of team members.
