Choosing an appropriate problem-solving approach with a mix of both convergent and divergent thinking

Based on a case study, we will explore in-depth:

Problem definition.
Creative and analytical techniques - and the appropriate use of both.
Formulating hypotheses.
Evaluating possible causes of problems.
Writing up data specifications.
Drawing up logic diagrams: facts - findings - solutions.
Formulating recommendations.
Introduction to the management of change.
