The A+ program furnishes a national industry level certification (COMPTIA) and provides students with the background, fundamental knowledge and a level of experience to enter the computer field. Each student will be able to build, configure, optimize and troubleshoot a standalone computer, as well as, gain in-depth knowledge of DOS, Windows 9x/NT/ & 2000 operating systems.
Students will be placed in various outsourced internship programs where they will work along side IT professionals to gain work experience. The students will apply, interview, and at the end of the internship, they will be given a letter of recommendation from the organization where they interned.
Tuition Includes:
A total of 240 classroom hours.
Course, books, tool kit, electrostatic discharge (ESD) strap, and (2) Sylvan Prometric testing vouchers for the A+ exams.
