Includes introductory discussion about matter, atoms, and electrons; also covered are discussions about magnetics, current flow, Ohms Law, component identification, basic parts functions, series circuits, parallel circuits, schematic symbols.
No soldering is involved.* All circuits are built using breadboard technology. Labs include building a basic SPDT switch, than adding LED, resistor, motor, etc. to the circuit. No prerequisites required.
STM Certificate included.
* STM also teaches hands on soldering with one day soldering workshops or IPC certification programs. Write to info stmtraining. com for details.
