PREPARE FOR ISO ENVIRONMENTAL REGISTRATION.
A company review, comparing ISO 14001 environmental requirements to the QMS (Quality Management System). STM auditor will review documentation, interview employees, etc. to assess if ISO principles are understood and put in practice. A formal report will be submitted within 2 business days to assist management alignment of the organizationa ™s procedures and practice.
Following receipt of gap analysis report the customer may decide to follow up on all action items themselves, or they may select which items they will complete and which items they would prefer to outsource to STM, (e. g., draft procedures, make charts, train employees, etc.) At that point STM will draft a second quote for additional services. Most post audit work is based on a consultant fee of $125 @ hour.
