Working Towards Agreement is our half-day course in conflict resolution and management. Using the Thomas-Killman instrument to identify individual conflict styles, we lead the participants through a series of exercises following the key steps in confronting and resolving conflict. By the end of the course, people will have an understanding of their own "soft spots" in conflict situations and of the different strategies they can apply in solving the problem while saving the relationship.

This seminar is available only to contracting clients. We do not offer public seminars.
