For many employees, back injuries are something that "happens to the other person... not me." Yet four out of five people will have some type of back problem during their lives. Back injuries are frequently caused by common activities experienced both on and off the job... such as lifting, climbing, reaching, etc. "Back Safety" emphasizes the importance of overall back care, both on and off the job, including exercises and weight control. Delivery formats include CD-ROM, LAN, WAN, Intranet, Internet. The course can be customized to meet your site-specific needs. It is currently available in English and Spanish, and other language tracks can be added.

Back Safety
Thirty-two interactions actively involve the learner in the training. Lesson interactions provide the learner opportunities to apply what he or she has learned. Course resources include a fully narrated glossary of terms. Each term is pronounced and its definition read aloud to the learner. Closed Captioning is included. A complete transcript of all audio and video files is also provided with this course.
