Essentials of Organizational Development
WHO SHOULD ATTEND
This three-day workshop is designed primarily for trainers and facilitators to establish the foundation for understanding the method for successful organizational development interventions.
OVERVIEW
Many trainers and facilitators are being asked to work with leaders and managers to help them intervene in the functioning of a group or organization for improved performance.
This workshop's purpose, designed with trainers and facilitators in mind, is to establish a foundational understanding of the methods for successful organizational development interventions. OD methodology and "how OD can be used" is introduced so that not just symptoms of an organizational "issue" are resolved, rather the underlying cause is also addressed and resolved.
"Essentials of Organizational Development" also introduces the concept of Process Improvement (PI) and the reasons PI is making significant performance improvements within organizations. The OD professional needs to be aware of this new technology and its implications for organizations.
This workshop is designed to provide an overview of the growing field of Organizational Development. This is an overview workshop. Individuals having more than 3+ years of experience in practicing OD may find much of the content a review.
