ITIL Practitioner Certificate - Change Management
This course is aimed at IT staff involved in the day to day working in the Change Management environment and particularly those staff with specific responsibility for the creation and improvement of the Change Management process.
Delegates will gain an awareness of the scope of Change Management, understand how it integrates with the activities of Configuration and Release Management and be abe to define work instructions and guidelines for registering RFCs and impact/priority coding.
It is a pre requisite that delegates hold the ITIL Foundation Certificate and possess practical experieince in the field of Change Management.
