This course is aimed at IT staff who work regularly in the field of Configuration Management, paricularly those staff with specific responsibility for the creation and improvement of the Configuration Management process, Change Managers and Release Managers.

- The Configuration Management Plan
- Coding Systems, Attributes and Naming Conventions
- Procedures and working instructions
- the role of the Configuration Manager
- Post implemention review
- Configuration Management tools
- Configuration Management reporting and reviewing
It is a pre requisite that delegates hold the ITIL Foundation Certificate and have practical experience in the field of Configuration Management.
