Description
This course provides the student with an introduction to the core technologies, architecture, and various features of Microsoft SQL Server 7.0. It also provides the student with the preliminary knowledge and skills required for planning and installing SQL Server 7.0. In addition, the course prepares the student to take the Microsoft Certification Administering Microsoft SQL Server 7.0.
Audience
This course is intended for all System Administrators, Help Desk/Support personnel, and Application Developers who implement a database solution with Microsoft SQL Server client/server database management system.
Prerequisites
The student should be familiar with the relational database concepts and terminology and should have an experience in designing database management systems. The student should also have an understanding of Windows NT 4.0 Server and should have a knowledge of basic ANSI statements.
