Description
This course introduces Lotus Notes as a groupware. It then goes on to explain groupware and different features of Lotus Notes that map to specific features of groupware. At the end, this topic will list the members of the Lotus and Domino family.
Audience
This course is intended for business professionals who are interested in using Lotus Notes R5 and who have been given Desktop access to Lotus Notes.
Prerequisites
The student should be familiar with Windows interface, the concept of messaging service, and fundamentals of remote administration.
