Description
This course is the second course in a series of three in the Excel 2000 curriculum. This course teaches the students how to effectively work with and manage data in Excel 2000. The tasks involved in working and managing data include formatting data, performing calculations, using functions to perform calculations, and sorting, summarizing, and analyzing data using Excel.
Audience
End users who are familiar with the GUI environment and need to use numeric data for performing mathematical calculations and data analysis.
Prerequisites
The student should be familiar with MS Office products and Windows 95/98 operating systems and be able to work in GUI environments. The student should also possess a basic knowledge of Excel 2000, and should be able to create basic Excel workbooks.
Objective
Upon completion of this course the student will be able to:
