Description
This course is the second of two in the PowerPoint 2000 curriculum. This course familiarizes the students with the advanced features of PowerPoint including charts and animations. Students will also be able to share and publish their presentations on the Web.
Audience
End users who plan to use MS PowerPoint 2000 for presentation purposes.
Prerequisites
The student should be familiar with the PowerPoint 2000 interface.
Objective
Upon completion of this course the student will be able to:
create simple charts in PowerPoint 2000
format charts in PowerPoint 2000
create an organization chart
format an organization chart
create tables in PowerPoint 2000
customize tables in PowerPoint 2000
apply slide transitions and preset animations to a slide show
apply custom animations to a slide show
apply action settings and action button animations to a slide show
incorporate movie clips in your presentation
incorporate customized sound files in your presentation
share a presentation with other users
send a presentation as an e-mail to other users
create hyperlinks for your presentations
publish a presentation on the Internet
