Using Macromedia's Flash 4.0 enables the student to infuse dynamism and interactivity into your site with features such as animated logos and synchronized audio with animations. Unlike earlier Internet technologies Flash 4.0 enables the creation of small files which require less bandwidth and can be easily downloaded. Flash 4.0 can be used with other web development tools like DreamWeaver Photoshop and other design software.
