Description
Managing Hardware Devices and Customizing Desktop WBT is designed to familiarize Network administrators and customer support engineers with the installation of various hardware devices on a computer running Windows 2000 Professional. This WBT also covers the configuration of disks, volumes, and desktop in Windows 2000 Professional environment.

Network administrators and customer support engineers who plan, design and implement network-based business solutions on intranets and Internets.
Prerequisites
The users should have prior experience in Microsoft operating systems like Windows 95/98 in network environment.
