The Basic Concepts of a PC WBT is the first course in the A+ Certification curriculum and caters to the A+ Core Service Technician Examination. This course is meant for entry level hardware technicians who want to acquire basic knowledge of various hardware components of a PC. This course provides users with an overview of structural and functional aspects of different hardware components of a PC such as processors hard drives motherboards and RAM. It also covers various peripheral components attached to a PC such as monitor printer and modem.

Audience
This course is designed for entry level hardware technicians as well as general users who want to gain basic knowledge about the structure and functioning of different hardware components of a PC.
Prerequisites
Users with general computer awareness.

Upon completion of this course the student will be able to:
