The purpose of this course is to give users working in retail companies dealing with orders an overview of the possible processes of customer order processing. This course illustrates the training knowledge using an example of a possible process chain between a retail company and its clients.

Audience
All those involved in the use of SAP R/3 for Retail tasks. IT Support staff and SAP Project Team members needing training in the use of Retail Order Management functionality. Participants should have basic knowledge of Windows or other graphical user interfaces (GUI) as well as basic knowledge of the SAP R/3 system. Participants should have completed the following courses: 11712 Windows 3.1 Fundamentals 12749 SAP R/3 Fundamentals 13053 Retail: Organizational Structures and Master Data

Minimum Requirements
The CDROM version of this course requires:
- At least a 486DX 33Mhz CPU.
- Microsoft Windows 3.1 or higher and a Microsoft compatible mouse.
- At least 8MB RAM.
- At least VGA graphics capability with a minimum 512K video RAM (1MB video RAM recommended).
- At least a double speed CDROM drive.
- An MPC compliant sound card with attached speakers or headphones is recommended (Currently only the CDROM version supports audio).
- At least a 486DX 33Mhz CPU.
- Microsoft Windows 3.1 or higher and a Microsoft compatible mouse.
- At least 8MB RAM and 22MB available hard disk space or file server space.
- At least VGA graphics capability with a minimum 512K video RAM (1MB video RAM recommended).
