- R asked: I am a Telemarketing Manager for a home improvement company. I have been in the replacement window and door industry for over years. It is difficult putting different spins on meetings when you are always trying to teach the same techniques all the time and I find it difficult keeping it from becoming monotonous. The main reason I am interested in your services is to find ways to get people to motivate themselves to be successful. Sometimes I find that I want them to be more successful than they do. I having trouble getting the team to rise up to the occasion and raise their own expectations.
