This SAP R/3 4.6 SD Customer Service Representative course aims to provide the basic knowledge required to start and log on to the R/3 System, Release 4.6. The student will be given an overview of the basic sales processes and how Sales and Distribution is integrated and organized in the R/3 System. Additionally, this course describes the master data used by sales employees. Furthermore, the student will be introduced to the activities involved in the role of the sales employee in the R/3 System. The audience for this course includes those who need to learn how to use the R/3 System, customer service representatives and other sales employees, and members of project teams (organizational and conceptual phases). There are no prerequisites for participating in this course.
