Audience
The intended audience for this course includes people working in entry-level Internet and e-commerce careers such as maintenance of Internet intranet and extranet infrastructure and services or the development of Web related content and applications. The audience may also include people working in non-technical Internet areas such as the marketing of Internet equipment or services or using the Internet extensively in their day-to-day work. A+ and Network+ certification would be helpful but not required prior to this curriculum. Learners are expected to be experienced end users with only novice to moderate level of experience in the infrastructure and configuration of internetworks and Web. This course will help candidates prepare for CompTIA exam IK0-002. In addition students should have taken the first part of this series 14186.

Minimum Requirements
The CDROM version of this course requires:
- At least a 486DX 33Mhz CPU.
- Microsoft Windows 3.1 or higher and a Microsoft compatible mouse.
- At least 8MB RAM.
- At least VGA graphics capability with a minimum 512K video RAM (1MB video RAM recommended).
- At least a double speed CDROM drive.
- An MPC compliant sound card with attached speakers or headphones is recommended (Currently only the CDROM version supports audio).
The network version of this course requires:
- At least a 486DX 33Mhz CPU.
- Microsoft Windows 3.1 or higher and a Microsoft compatible mouse.
- At least 8MB RAM and 22MB available hard disk space or file server space.
- At least VGA graphics capability with a minimum 512K video RAM (1MB video RAM recommended).
