- Simulation Overview:
- In this simulation you will meet with Kathy Fuller one of Icon's veteran Customer Service team leaders. As a new Sales Team Leader you are trying to build strong working relationships with some of the established leaders of the department. In order to achieve a good relationship with Kathy you will need to adapt to her while communicating encourage her to communicate with you handle any conflict that may arise and ask for clarification.

- In this simulation you will meet with Drew Canfield the current Telecommunications Department Manager. You are a veteran employee at Icon with over ten years of experience but you have recently transferred to Drew's department so it will be especially important to make a strong first impression. In order to build a good rapport with Drew you will need to ask questions use a good attitude encourage Drew to communicate with you listen effectively and give Drew compliments when appropriate.
Unit 3: Creating an Impact

- Given four methods enhance your credibility.
- Use support materials to enhance credibility.
- Recognize types of support materials.
- Make your message memorable using repetition humor and support materials.

- Simulation Overview:
- In this simulation you will meet with Carol Chung a Customer Service team member in Icon's Telecommunications Department. You are new to Icon but you have several years of experience in customer relations and you will be trying to establish your credibility a member of your team. Since creating a strong impact with your new team will be difficult you as their new leader will need to take actions to enhance your credibility and use support materials to enhance your credibility even further.

Minimum Requirements
The CDROM version of this course requires:
- At least a 486DX 33Mhz CPU.
- Microsoft Windows 3.1 or higher and a Microsoft compatible mouse.
- At least 8MB RAM.
- At least VGA graphics capability with a minimum 512K video RAM (1MB video RAM recommended).
- At least a double speed CDROM drive.
- An MPC compliant sound card with attached speakers or headphones is recommended (Currently only the CDROM version supports audio).
- At least a 486DX 33Mhz CPU.
- Microsoft Windows 3.1 or higher and a Microsoft compatible mouse.
- At least 8MB RAM and 22MB available hard disk space or file server space.
- At least VGA graphics capability with a minimum 512K video RAM (1MB video RAM recommended).
