- In this simulation, you will meet with Nathan Iverson and Monica Washington, two of your employees in Icon's Marketing department. There has been noticeable tension between the two of them recently and you have heard through the grapevine that they have been bickering about whose responsibility it is to coordinate preparations for an upcoming trade show. Because of a recent re-organization within the department, there is some confusion about job responsibilities.
