- Simulation Overview:
- You are Icon's newly appointed Chief Learning Officer. You have recently become aware of the benefits of e-learning and you are beginning to feel that it could meet Icon's needs. In this simulation you will meet with several groups of people including your subordinates your peers and your superiors. Your subordinates are Tracy Carradine Monica Washington and Greg Baldwin. Your peers are and Ron Spear and Mildred Parcells. Your superiors are Drew Canfield Paul White and Mary Winford. You must communicate with each group to gather information and implement the solution that best meets Icon's needs. Your goals are to use the appropriate communication networks effectively and gather quality information.

- In this simulation you are a Senior Vice President of Product Development at Icon. Icon recently acquired Frontage a startup software company. While the company has retained the majority of its management staff Icon wants to place an outstanding aggressive Icon employee at the helm of this innovative and hungry development team. You are meeting with Don Hamilton to discuss Bridget Littleton a candidate for manager of the new product line and one of Don's Product Managers. Your goal is to decide whether Bridget would be a good Product Manager for the Frontage product line.

- Simulation Overview:
- Icon has recently decided that it needs to take advantage of the lucrative entertainment industry. As the Vice President of Product Development you have been made the head of a team that is to consider the possibility of entering the entertainment industry by selling downloadable music over the Internet. Caroline Harris the Director of Strategic Marketing has asked to meet with you to discuss the different variables that you and your team must consider to ensure that Icon's long-term vision of entering the entertainment industry is met.

Minimum Requirements
The CDROM version of this course requires:
- At least a 486DX 33Mhz CPU.
- Microsoft Windows 3.1 or higher and a Microsoft compatible mouse.
- At least 8MB RAM.
- At least VGA graphics capability with a minimum 512K video RAM (1MB video RAM recommended).
- At least a double speed CDROM drive.
- An MPC compliant sound card with attached speakers or headphones is recommended (Currently only the CDROM version supports audio).
- At least a 486DX 33Mhz CPU.
- Microsoft Windows 3.1 or higher and a Microsoft compatible mouse.
- At least 8MB RAM and 22MB available hard disk space or file server space.
- At least VGA graphics capability with a minimum 512K video RAM (1MB video RAM recommended).
