- Simulation Overview:
- In this simulation you will meet with Maggie Roberts one of Icon's most experienced attorneys. Maggie has represented Icon in several different contract disputes. She will ask you a number of questions designed to test your understanding of contract essentials and strategies.
Unit 2: The Judicial System
- Complete a chart of the state court system.
- Demonstrate an understanding of civil procedures.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the court system.
- Classify subject matters under their correct jurisdiction.
- Identify four alternative resolution methods.
- Demonstrate an understanding of alternative resolutions.
- Simulation Overview:
- In this simulation you will meet with David Morris one of Icon's more aggressive trial attorneys. David has agreed to meet with you to help make sure that you understand the judicial system. He is going to ask you a series of questions about the court system and the process courts use to settle disputes. Your goal is to demonstrate that as a manager you are familiar with the court system and prepared to work within it if the need ever arises.
Unit 3: Torts and Liability
- Identify the differences between a crime and a tort.
- List two tort duties.
- Give examples of different kinds of torts.
- Demonstrate an understanding of how torts affect business.
- Identify vicarious and direct liabilities.
- Determine company liability.
- Demonstrate an understanding of liability issues.
- Simulation Overview:
- In this simulation you will meet with Jessica Stone one of Icon's most highly respected antitrust lawyers. Jessica is going to challenge you with several questions about torts to make sure that you know how they can affect business. She will also evaluate your knowledge of liability when it comes to torts. Your goal is to demonstrate that as a project manager you are capable of helping protect Icon from any type of unlawful act.

Minimum Requirements
The CDROM version of this course requires:
- At least a 486DX 33Mhz CPU.
- Microsoft Windows 3.1 or higher and a Microsoft compatible mouse.
- At least 8MB RAM.
- At least VGA graphics capability with a minimum 512K video RAM (1MB video RAM recommended).
- At least a double speed CDROM drive.
- An MPC compliant sound card with attached speakers or headphones is recommended (Currently only the CDROM version supports audio).
The network version of this course requires:
- At least a 486DX 33Mhz CPU.
- Microsoft Windows 3.1 or higher and a Microsoft compatible mouse.
- At least 8MB RAM and 22MB available hard disk space or file server space.
- At least VGA graphics capability with a minimum 512K video RAM (1MB video RAM recommended).
