- In this simulation you will meet with Mildred Parcels Human Resources Manager. Mildred is building a team to investigate sexual harassment. Mildred is seeking only the most competent employees for the team. Becoming of member of Mildreda s investigation team may lead to potential bonuses and promotions so you have applied. While talking with Mildred you will identify the benefits of establishing a system for resolving sexual harassment claims and identify the qualifications you must possess as an investigator.

- Identify the legal requirements for a sexual harassment investigation.

- Simulation Overview:
- In this simulation you will first interview the complainant Robin Carlson Financial Analyst for Icon. Second you will interview Marcus D'Angelo the alleged harasser and Robin's supervisor. You will then interview Elizabeth Williams a third party witness who works in the same office as Robin and Marcus. The investigation is prompt impartial and confidential and all measures are being taken to protect Marcus's reputation. The final determination about the claim will be made by the team rather than by the team leader alone. You have reviewed Robin and Marcus's personnel files and discovered evidence of a previous romantic relationship but no previous reports of misconduct on the part of Robin or Marcus. After you've interviewed all three individuals Roger McAlister leader of the sexual harassment investigation will discuss the outcome of the investigation with you.
Unit 3: Determining an Appropriate Outcome

- Simulation Overview:
- In this simulation you are a member of a team investigating a case of alleged sexual harassment reported by an employee from Icona s office in Dallas. You will meet with Maggie Roberts the lead investigator on the case. Since you have the least experience in sexual harassment investigations Maggie is meeting with you to discuss how to properly evaluate evidence and take corrective action before the other members of the team meet to review the case.

The CDROM version of this course requires:
- At least a 486DX 33Mhz CPU.
- Microsoft Windows 3.1 or higher and a Microsoft compatible mouse.
- At least 8MB RAM.
- At least VGA graphics capability with a minimum 512K video RAM (1MB video RAM recommended).
- At least a double speed CDROM drive.
- An MPC compliant sound card with attached speakers or headphones is recommended (Currently only the CDROM version supports audio).
- At least a 486DX 33Mhz CPU.
- Microsoft Windows 3.1 or higher and a Microsoft compatible mouse.
- At least 8MB RAM and 22MB available hard disk space or file server space.
- At least VGA graphics capability with a minimum 512K video RAM (1MB video RAM recommended).
